TUITION ASSISTANCE

St. Monica Catholic Elementary School makes a concerted effort to keep its tuition affordable and competitive while still offering an academically challenging curriculum with a wide variety of co-curricular activities. A quality Catholic education should be available to all who seek it, and tuition assistance is available for qualified families.

Upon receipt of your child's application, families may go to the FACTS tuition management company website to apply online for tuition assistance.

*Discounts Applicable to students enrolled in both schools, SMCES and SMCHS.

** Parent Participation/Service Hour Requirement is per family, per school. SMCHS requires 30 hours per family annually.

 

PARENT PARTICIPATION/SERVICE HOUR

A basic obligation of $300.00 per family payable directly to the office on June 14, 2021. The $300.00 Parent Participation/Service Hour requirement is a deposit that will be kept and credited to you each year providing your 30 hours are met. Service hours not met will be charged at the rate of $10 per hour. You are responsible to record your hours using the Gradelink Parent/Family Login. All hours must be recorded by May 31, 2021.

 

Volunteer service hours are defined as personal presence, performing direct assistance to the students/school/staff.

 

Parents are required to attend two parent meetings per year, one in September and one in March or pay a $50 fee per meeting.

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

The 10 payment program begins on July 1, 2021, with the final payment due April 1, 2022. The fee is $43.00 for the year. The Two payment program has a $10.00 fee and the one payment program has no fee.

 

All families are required to use the FACTS payment program for tuition payments.

 

Registration fees are non-refundable and are due as specified by the school. Parent Participation/Service Hour Requirement fee is due June 14, 2021.
