The school year 2018 - 2019 Volunteer Hours need to be logged in by May 31, 2019, to be credited for the school year. 

Any Volunteer Hours performed after the above date will be counted for the 2019 - 2020 school year.

  Volunteers Needed for Dancing with Our Stars
Dancing with Our Stars is Friday, February 8.  Volunteers are needed the night of to help with ticket sales, food sales, voting, bar and much more.  Please email vlandin@stmonicafaculty.net if you would like to help this great community event.
 
Ticket Sales Duval Center after Masses
  Dancing with Our Stars is a fun Community event.  It brings together families from both schools as well as parish families to see our local "stars" perform in a Ballroom Dancing Competition.  The Duval Center is an after-mass gathering place for parishioners to learn about events happening on campus.  There are several shifts available, 1 person, per shift.  On Saturdays and Sundays in January and February  Duties include selling tickets to the event, promoting awareness, and selling raffle tickets. These shifts may be used toward parent volunteer hours for both the elementary school and the high school.

Dancing with Our Stars Set up & Night of
Dancing with Our Stars is Friday, February 8.  Volunteers are needed on THURSDAY 2/7 to help turn the gym into a ballroom dance hall!  People are also needed on the night to help with ticket sales, food sales, voting, bar and much more.   Sign up for a shift  here
 
 
 
  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR MORNING DROP-OFF
Wondering how you are going to accomplish your Volunteer Hours this year? Being a morning drop off volunteer may be your answer!

More volunteers are needed for morning drop off assistance and supervision from 7:15 - 8:15 a.m. Sign up now to reserve your slot and help to keep our children safe when entering the schoolyard.

Morning drop-off volunteers are so important to the safety of the children on the schoolyard.
 

Your responsibility includes arriving in the morning, checking in with Mrs. Auer and obtaining an orange safety vest and then proceeding to the area that is coned off over by the library. You will assist in directing cars through the drop-off lane, opening doors and assisting any little ones into the schoolyard. Simple - but so very important.
 

Only have one morning a week to help? That is absolutely fine! Most parents pick a day and work that shift each week. Please email Donald Davis at   harbor3417@gmail.com  to sign up for a slot or to inquire about the job!

Serving hot lunch to our students is a great way to get involved and be a part of your child's school experience.  We need a couple of volunteers every day from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. 

If you are available one day a week, one day a month or even every day.
